Fireproof cabinets - Range 2

Ecosafe's Range 2 Series Fire Retardant Cabinets are certified cabinets for the storage of flammable materials, compliant with EN14470-1 or 14470-2 and NFPA, OSHA and FM specifications with 10 minutes fire resistance. The structure is double-walled steel with an air space of 38 mm, painted with yellow epoxy paint. The doors are mounted on continuous hinges with three-point locking and key lock, available in manual or automatic closing versions. The interior has adjustable shelves and an integrated spill tray in the lower part, and the factory-fitted 50 mm ventilation holes with fire mesh allow connection to the ventilation system. The line includes twelve models differing in dimensions, capacity (from 15 to 340 l), number of doors (single or double door) and type of closing (manual / automatic).

Application of Range 2 Fireproof Cabinet

The Ecosafe Range 2 fireproof cabinet is designed for storing flammable materials. EN14470-1 or 14470-2 certification and compliance with NFPA, OSHA and FM specifications with 10-minute fire resistance form the basis for choosing this series for applications that require documented fire resistance. Warning labels are standardized in accordance with ISO 3864, ISO 7010 and NF X80.003 and European Directive 92/58/EEC.

The choice of model is based on four criteria: the required capacity (from 15 l in the MB04 under-counter model to 340 l in the largest MC90 tall model), the height of the cabinet (under-counter, medium, high), the number of doors (single or double door) and the type of door closing (manual - MB/MC models, automatic - SB prefix models). The models marked with the letter "C" (MC45, MC60, MC90) are two-door, two-chamber cabinets – with the largest capacity in the line. The "SB" models have an automatic closing door, the "MB" models have a manual door.

The design is double-walled, with 38mm of air space between the walls and finished with yellow epoxy paint. The door is mounted on continuous hinges, the locking is three-point, and the lock is opened with a key. Pre-installed 50 mm vents (top and bottom) with fire mesh allow the cabinet to be connected to the ventilation system.
