Laboratory incubator CO2 incubator is a device that is designed to ensure the maintenance of constant and suitable conditions for cell growth and tissue culture. The CO2 incubator is characterized by high quality and robust construction of the device chamber. The housing is made of stainless steel, which has germicidal properties and protects against corrosion and contamination, as contamination processes must be limited inside the device. The interior of the incubator is also made of stainless steel, and all its corners are rounded, which will begin to facilitate cleanliness and minimize condensation and contamination processes. Natural convection reduces the risk of contamination and minimizes the processes of overgrowth of tissue controls. The control panel is a PID controller with a digital LED display of the current temperature and CO2 concentration. The standard port with which the device is equipped allows the introduction of external devices for monitoring the operating parameters of the device, which control the temperature inside the incubator. Inside the incubator there is a tray with water, which ensures the maintenance of proper humidity inside the device. To minimize the growth of bacteria, a copper plate or copper-containing chemical compounds can be placed in it. All the units we offer are equipped with a CO₂ sensor using infrared technology. This sensor is based on infrared (NDIR) technology and is characterized by excellent selectivity and independence from O2 levels. The service life of this sensor can be up to five years. The sensor combines infrared absorption gas detection technology with precision optical circuit design. It is characterized as high sensitivity, high resolution, low power consumption, fast response, water vapor interference, high stability , and above all, long life of the probe in the device.
