LEEC Safe Touch CO₂ incubators have a fully sealed, one-piece, deep-drawn chamber made of stainless steel.
The outer casing is made of stainless steel and comes standard with an anti-bacterial polyester powder coating. This gives the CO2 incubator exceptional resistance to corrosion and contamination.
The inner glass door closes on an inert, VOC-free seal and allows a clear view into the chamber without disturbing the internal atmosphere.
The outer door has a magnetic seal to ensure a good seal. A rear access port with a diameter of 24 mm allows temperature monitoring probes to be securely placed in the CO₂ chamber of the incubator.
The 6-sided direct heating system and high thermal insulation ensure the highest standard of temperature control and stability.
Thanks to fanless air circulation, the elimination of gaps and the smooth finish of the one-piece chamber, dirt inside the unit is effectively eliminated.
Similarly, the use of HEPA-filtered gas techniques and a reliable hot-air sterilization system at 200°C contributes to the exclusion of biological infections.
Real-time regulation and parameter logging are provided by a color PID touchscreen that conveys information in graphic and text formats.
