Sensor pH pHure

METTLER TOLEDO Thornton's pHure™ series sensors enable highly accurate pH measurements to maintain the purity of water used in processes carried out in the energy and electronics industries.

The standard pHure sensor has a low-resistance glass pH membrane and a shielded flow chamber, and the constant electrolyte flow allows stable measurement results. A special reference electrode with an internal gel electrolyte under pressure produces the same results as a traditional reference electrode with liquid electrolyte, but provides greater convenience in terms of installation and maintenance of theję.

The pHure sensor has a free flow of liquid electrolyte. This solution allows accurate pH results to be obtained even in ultrapure water. The stainless steel housing provides a controlled flow path for the low-volume sample, facilitating the flushing out of rust particles in the sample

pHure sensors with Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology store calibration and other data in internal memory. They can therefore be conveniently calibrated under laboratory conditions. The signal coming out of the sensor is a digital signal, which is more resistant to all kinds of noise than an analog signal.
