Dissolved oxygen sensors from METTLER TOLEDO are designed for reliable in-line measurements in processes carried out under sterile and hygienic conditions. The InPro6800 sensors have been developed and manufactured to the most precise surface treatment standards, in accordance with EHEDG and FDA recommendations relating to flat surfaces. They can be used in applications where strict hygienic rigor is required.
Developed for use in breweries, the InPro6970i sensor sets new standards when it comes to operational availability and the quality of oxygen measurement, mainly on the filling line. Maintenance of optical oxygen sensors requires a few simple steps that do not take much time. This achieves a high level of process safety with lower operating costs for the sensor itself. Reduced signal drift magnitude and shorter response time guarantee high accuracy of oxygen measurement and allow to carry out more effective process supervision.
METTLER TOLEDO's InPro6900i sensor is a smart counterpart to the InPro6900 sensor, which is a proven design, especially in food processing applications where dissolved oxygen is measured in the low concentration range. The large-area cathode is surrounded by a protection ring. The solution used makes it possible to measure low dissolved oxygen concentrations starting at 1ppb. ISM's integrated plug-and-measure technology simplifies installation and provides new opportunities for maintenance scheduling through automatic self-diagnosis and sensor management. The iSense Asset Suite software package is an added benefit.
METTLER TOLEDO's versatile InPro6850i sensor uses a 3-electrode system. A separated platinum electrode improves signal stability, especially in the low oxygen concentration range. The integrated ISM technology provides "plug and measure" functionality. It simplifies installation and provides new opportunities for maintenance scheduling with automatic self-diagnosis and sensor base management. The iSense software package is an added benefit.
The InPro6870i oxygen sensor is designed for use in bioreactors where a sterilization-in-place (CIP) procedure is used, in which the sensor can be autoclaved after the head is removed. The ISM technology, together with the M440 transmitter, provides enhanced diagnostics that greatly enhance process safety. A dynamic lifetime indicator allows you to plan when to replace the sensor, while an adaptive calibration timer indicates the best time to calibrate the sensor.
The InPro6960i sensor designed for breweries is characterized by high availability. It has excellent operational characteristics and is therefore easy to maintain. The sensor is designed to monitor oxygen levels in keg aeration processes in breweries. Maintenance of optical oxygen sensors is simple and does not take too much time - so process safety is higher operating costs are significantly reduced. Simple air calibration and measurement stability over a long period of time reduce the sensor maintenance effort to an absolute minimum.
