PAWKIT portable water activity meter, designed for government inspectors and third-party auditors and also ideal for checking local water activity on the go.
Measuring 3.5 x 4 inches, the PAWKIT weighs just 115 grams and fits in a lab coat pocket. It runs on two lozenge batteries that last up to 3 years with normal use. It features easy two-point calibration using AQUALAB standards.
The PAWKIT is designed to take readings where a bench meter is not practical. Its small size and battery power provide superior portability, but limit the PAWKIT's accuracy (± 0.02 a w) due to its capacitance sensor and lack of temperature control.
The PAWKIT portable water activity meter should only be used in situations where a higher accuracy reading is not required.
