The MD 600 photometer is ideal for the analysis and testing of wastewater, drinking water, samples and industrial water or water samples for scientific research or work anywhere and anytime under laboratory conditions. All measuring instruments have the analytical properties of a laboratory photometer for all important parameters in water analysis. Reliable and fast testing is guaranteed with long-term stable LEDs, interference filters, Bluetooth interface, mobile data management via app, more than 120 pre-programmed test methods and many other features.

Access important test information on screen
Using the correct reagent and sample cell for the programmed calibration curve is essential for accurate results. At the touch of a button, it is easy to confirm what is required for the test. The method information will also show which conversion factors can be automatically applied to the method, so results are displayed in the required reporting units.
No need to remember method numbers to access test method
A scrolling menu system allows you to navigate to the test you need without having to remember the test method number. In addition, you can define a user favorite menu so that the instrument displays only the test methods you want to see.
Storage and data transfer capabilities
Up to 1,000 readings with location ID, date and time. Test data stored on the device can be easily exported using the IRiM accessory, which uses an infrared connection to export data directly to an Excel or .tx file.
Selection of reagent platforms
With more than 120 pre-programmed test methods on a single instrument, many parameters offer the choice of using solids, powders or liquid reagents.
Create user-defined calibration curves
Do you have a proprietary test method or requirement to comply with a specific government or organizational standard method? Are you tired of converting ABS or% T values into meaningful values? Creating and storing as many as 35 user-defined methods in the MD 600 series is easy. Up to a 25-order polynomial can be defined and implemented along with test parameters such as wavelength, measurement range, unit type and number of decimal places displayed.
Accurate, reproducible results
The MD 600 series optics work with six unique wavelengths. Using LEDs and interference filters, the instrument quickly produces results you can be sure of.
One-time reset function
Don't waste time waiting for the instrument to zero after each test. When testing a new sample, zero the instrument once, and all subsequent tests of that sample do not require the instrument to be zeroed again.
