Automatic vertical autoclaves designed for medical laboratories. They are intended for the sterilization of a wide range of solid materials with different shapes and porosities (packed or unpacked) and liquids.
Technical Specifications:
- Sterilization chamber made of AISI-316L stainless steel
- Outer casing made of AISI-304 stainless steel
- Autoclave controlled by a digital PID microprocessor with 12 predefined and 38 editable programs, adjustable based on time, temperature, and cycle type (solids or liquids)
- 5" color TFT-LCD touchscreen display
- Cycles with fractionated pre-vacuum (from 1 to 3 pre-vacuums) and final drying with a vacuum pump and heating jacket
- Programmable start (date and time)
- Storage of data on over 100 processes
- USB and Ethernet ports
- Instant steam production thanks to the built-in steam generator
- Water tank for automatic chamber supply (optional automatic water tank supply)
- Bacteriological air inlet filter
- Safety features: safety valve, thermostat fuse, hydraulic door lock system at high pressure in the chamber, open lid sensor, water level sensor
- Recommended for materials requiring greater steam penetration for sterilization, such as wrapped materials, porous solids, packaged solid objects, objects with openings and cavities, and liquids
