Mineral oil thermodensimeters are designed to measure the density of mineral oils and their mixtures, as well as other petroleum products and their mixtures. The reading should be carried out at a temperature equal to the reference temperature of 15°C, 20°C and within the range of the areometric scale. A correct reading of the solution concentration is obtained at the top reading. The standard thermometric graduation range is -10°C to +30°C (±5°C). The standard thermometric graduation changes in 1°C increments.

Technical specifications:
- Reference temperature - 15°C; 20°C
- Elementary plot of the densimeter - 0.001 g / cm3
- Elementary plot of the thermometer - 0.5°C
- Thermometer : from -10 to +30°C
