Storage for a long time or thawing, can cause fat separation and protein aggregation. Such milk is then unsuitable for analytical purposes. The result of the test will depend on which milk the sample came from. Using a sonicator before testing milk, will allow to obtain samples of the best quality, and thus the highest accuracy of the test, due to the correct treatment of the sample to be tested.
