The device has a sturdy metal probe folding mechanism, a rubber-covered, non-slip handle, and a stable and precise temperature sensor.
The Testo 104 food thermometer allows for fast, precise temperature measurement at the stage of food production, storage or processing. Its thin and robust measuring probe is perfect for random measurements of foods of liquid, semi-solid and viscous consistencies, plus it leaves no visible trace when the probe is inserted.
Measurement is possible even if the probe is folded at a 30° angle, which allows testing even in hard-to-reach areas.
The thermometer can be cleaned under running water, and the sturdy probe folding mechanism allows safe storage after measurements. It comes with a set of colorful, self-adhesive strips that allow you to mark the meter with your name or selected measurement location.
