The Testo 103 penetration thermometer is a compact device (about 11 cm) that has a folding function. It will prove useful for point measurements in the food industry, for example. The ability to fold the measuring probe, combined with its small size, allows it to be safely hidden, for example, in a pocket - without the risk of cutting or injuring the user.
The parameters of the device allow it to be used wherever food is produced, stored or sold. It will be perfect for quality control of deliveries, catering, fast food outlets, restaurants, canteens or cold stores.
Thin and sturdy measuring probe is great for random measurements of food products - it leaves no visible trace when the probe is driven in. Even a probe folded at an angle of 30° allows measurement - a great solution in situations where the way the batch of products is laid out in the warehouse does not allow measurements with an unfolded probe.
