STRIKE 100 vacuum evaporators

STRIKE100 is a series of rotary evaporators designed for industrial plants designed to evaporate large quantities of substances. It is ideally suited for the treatment of aggressive substances due to the use of Boro silicon glass and PTFE components. The units operate under vacuum as well as at atmospheric pressure. Rotating evaporator flasks with capacities of 50 or 100 liters in a temperature-controlled water bath results in forced convection and homogeneous product distribution, thus preventing sedimentation. STRIKE100 evaporators feature a large evaporation area. The sealing system guarantees perfect vacuum tightness and maintenance-free operation.

SECURITY SYSTEM

STRIKE100 series evaporators protect the User from any risks arising during operation. The water bath is covered by a transparent shield providing the Operator with the highest protection against glass breakage and high temperature splashing. The water bath and protective cover are raised by an electronically controlled hydraulic system. An automatic system lowers the bath in case of power failure. opening of the guard or overheating.

VACUUM SEALING SYSTEM

STRIKE100 have a sealing system made of self-lubricating material that allows for perfectly tight evaporation. The sealing system does not require any maintenance.

HEATING BATH

is raised by a hydraulic system that automatically lowers in the event of a power failure or the opening of a protective cover to avoid overheating of the fluid, and the process is immediately stopped. An electric heater of up to 8 kW is installed to ensure continuous vaporization in the worst conditions.

DISPLAY

allows you to set and display process parameters. Any value error or anomalous temperature cuts off electricity. STRIKE100 evaporators are equipped with a 7" touch screen with color graphic display. For STRIKE100 ATEX explosion-proof evaporators, a glass LCD display with anti-glare coating is used.

ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER

is fully controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller), which allows you to control the parameters, as well as set them directly with the keys. The operator can obtain all process parameters after by connecting the evaporator through serial communication to a PC with special data acquisition and management software installed. Using serial communication, it is also possible to control the device remotely. The controller allows you to create up to 20 "recipe" methods (the ATEX version does not have this capability). The controller is equipped with control algorithms that allow automatic termination of the evaporation / distillation or solvent separation process by reading the temperature of the vapor.

The STRIKE100 series evaporators are available in two cooler versions: version A - descending cooler, version B - ascending cooler.
