Liebherr low-temperature (ULT) cabinets set the standard in the temperature range from -40 °C to -86 °C: In terms of safety, performance and operating comfort, they offer everything to meet the high requirements of laboratories and scientific institutions. Emergency messages in critical situations
You don't have to think about security: With a 3-stage monitoring system, consisting of integrated alarm messages for temperature, door or network disturbances, and additional features such as CO2 emergency cooling and online monitoring, stored samples have the best protection at all times. In the event of a power failure, the electronics are immediately powered by integrated 12-volt batteries. On top of that, in critical situations you will receive a notification to quickly rectify the disturbance.
Mechanical lock
A mechanical lock protects stored samples from unwanted access. The door is opened by means of an ergonomic handle made of aluminum and protected against breakage.
Minimum temperature fluctuations
An important factor in maintaining sample quality is minimal temperature fluctuations. Liebherr low-temperature cabinets have both spatial and temporal lowest fluctuations in the unit.
Low heat generation
Compared to older technologies, an efficient cascade cooling system with HC refrigerants generates significantly less heat. This minimizes the cost of designing a room ventilation system. If heat dissipation through room ventilation is not possible, a water cooling option is also available.
Lower energy consumption

Connectors
For remote monitoring, all units have a potential-free alarm output and an Ethernet connector. In addition, reading of temperature and alarm records is possible via the integrated USB interface. An optional 4-20mA output allows temperature values to be sent to data logging systems.

Door sealing concept
The new door sealing concept, which consists of two peripheral seals, enables doors to close absolutely tightly. In addition, it contributes to reducing energy consumption. The seals can be replaced separately and without the use of tools.
Removable stainless steel inner door
