EVERmed ULF PRO2 low temperature freezers

Construction: made of white steel sheet (rust and corrosion resistant) on the outside, and 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel on the inside

Casters: made of rubber, swivel to make it easy to move. The casters mounted on the front are equipped with brakes with a lever to lock them when the unit is set up.

Exterior door: fully insulated, externally made of the same material as the interior, while internally a non-conductive material is used. A perfect hermetic seal is provided by a double gasket system, one, magnetic mounted on the door itself, and the other, silicone type, mounted on the freezer structure. The seals are equipped with a heating system to prevent freezing, and the door can be immediately reopened thanks to a vacuum release valve. A key locking mechanism is installed in the right side of the door.

Inner door: made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel on the outside and non-conductive material on the inside. The inner door prevents the loss of cold air when the outer door is opened. They are equipped with a locking mechanism with a lever.

Control panel "PRO2": located at the bottom of the structure (under the door), microprocessor with soft buttons, LED display and warning lights to control all functions and operating status of the freezer (including alarms) . The control panel is powered by a battery to ensure the operation of alarms even in the event of a power failure. The main functions of the control panel are:
- Digital temperature control and display with an accuracy of 0.5 ° C
- Light indicating that the device is on
- Password keypad locks to prevent unauthorized interference
- Visual and audible alarm at high or too low temperature with programmable limits
- Visual and audible alarm when door is ajar, if door is open for more than 30 seconds to allow standard operations
- Visual and audible alarm in case of power failure
- Visual and audible alarm when the condenser is dirty, which limits the performance of the cooling unit
- Visual alarm on discharged battery, with the possibility of displaying the state of charge
- Temporary silencing of acoustic alarms, with automatic reactivation if alarm errors continue

- Cooling unit: mounted at the bottom of the unit, equipped with hermetic compressors (cascade) of 0.5 hp each, finned condenser, air-cooled by fan and solenoid valves. The refrigerator compartment is properly sound insulated to reduce noise levels. In addition, foamed to insulate all the walls of the storage chamber, there are evaporation tubes to ensure maximum stability and temperature uniformity. All installed components are industrial grade to ensure the highest reliability
