In teh event of a power outage, all system data is stored in the controller's EEPROM.
Programmind and downloading off all system values via SVM100 service module or PC200 software.
Control of air flow through static differential pressure sensor with high stability level 3...300 pa.
The linear window position sensor ensures the right flow depending on the position of the window. The linear sensor, calculates the required axhaust air volume and adjust it as needed. The volumetric flow is always linear with respect to the position of the sensor. The vertical window position sensor (line potentiometer) measures the vertical window position of the window with an absolute accuracy of better than 2mm (0,2%). Repeatable linear measurement of the fume hood window position enables very fast, precise and stable adjustment.
Response time and adjustment of blowing air volume flow ≤ 2 s (VMIN → VMAX).
Fume hood operating modes: night and day.
Fume hood supplied with its own regulator. Throttle flap with high-speed stepper motor and feedback potentiometer. The air is regulated by the throttle flap. The high-speed stepper motor (the time of adjustment by 90 st is 3s) is mounted directly on the throttle flap axis and has a torque of 3 Nm. A feedback potentiometer transmits the measured value of the current throttle flap setting to the controller's electronics, which, thanks to a special control algorithm, sets the needed flow value without overshooting in a fast and direct manner.
Equipped with a Bypass system for near-turbulent airflow.
Equipped with a safety switch and a fuse cabinet located in an easily accessible location under the countertop in an easy-to-remove control drawer.
Air extraction module (made of powder-coated acid-resistant steel sheet) providing air extraction through a system of patented, optimized profiles. The system of extraction profiles is easily disassembled for decontamination and cleaning (this significantly improves the safety of the User). It is a system without double building of the back wall of the fume hood. The mounting elements of the extraction systems can form the base of the "truss" system or themselves be adapted to hold the feet and other elements.
Equipped with 2 230V electrical outlets (if necessary, the number of outlets can be easily increased - optional).
Equipped with a sink made of polypropylene located on the back wall of the fume hood (optionally, the possibility of installing a ceramic sink in a convenient place for the User - by arrangement 1 piece without extra charge). Cold water spout of BroenLab brand.
Fume hood structure self-supporting; structural elements made of aluminum profiles with a wall thickness of about 2mm powder-coated with chemical-resistant epoxy paint.
The fume hood consists of a working part (working chamber with a system of draught columns, ceramic top with raised rim, front frame and LED lighting) and the space under the working top in which "standard" cabinets can be installed. Optionally, it is possible to install specialized cabinets, e.g. fireproof or for storing reagents - optional on request, e.g. ASECOS Company).
"Standard" cabinets are made of laminated board on both sides (color white W980 from the EGGER palette; other colors to be agreed) with a thickened structure with a thickness of 18mm; all the edges of the cabinets are finished with PP polypropylene edging (body 1mm, fronts 2mm); PP edging is glued with a specialized PUR (polyurethane) glue, which is not water-based, which eliminates the risk of ungluing and deformation of the edging under the influence of unwanted moisture in the laboratory. Doors in under-counter cabinets are mounted on powder-coated can hinges with a diameter of 35 mm and an opening angle of 270 degrees with the possibility of adjustment in three levels, which provides maximum adjustment and comfort of work. Edge handles in cabinets (possibility of using other handles at the request of the User). Cabinets set on a base of beech plywood in dark graphite.
It is possible to make polypropylene trays adapted in size to the size of the cabinets, or to make a cabinet with a tray on wheels for easy storage of larger tubs.
The side profiles and the tabletop profile are closed profiles, designed to allow additional flow inside the profiles to help air flow into the work chamber.
The working chamber is mainly made of laminated board on both sides. Up to a height of about 30 cm, the back wall is made of phenolic resin for easier cleaning of elements exposed to dirt. The air supply to the chamber is made both through a slot above the working surface and through Bypass slots, which ensures air movement over the entire surface of the tabletop, while eliminating dead zones in the working chamber, and also prevents air backflow. A spigot made of non-combustible PPS with a diameter of 250mm is installed in the upper part of the working chamber for connection to the building ventilation ducts.
Lighting of the working chamber: LED panel (IP67 class) with a minimum of 25 W, located in the upper part of the working chamber (above the window). The light from the lamp directed to the interior of the working chamber, illuminates uniformly the entire surface of the worktop.
The window of the fume hood in a single aluminum frame, glazed with panes of multi-layer glass (glass-foil-glass) with a thickness of 4 mm. All the edges of the panes are beveled. Sliding windows are guided on the principle of counterbalance using a system of steel cables on guide rolls, which allows you to control the position of the window and lock it in a fixed position. The system of guiding the window: guides, slides, structural elements, belts and gears, are hidden inside the side panels of the fume hood, and additionally made of chemically resistant materials (acid-resistant steel elements and polymers) and self-lubricating (polymers), which provides full protection against corrosion. Access to the window frame guiding mechanisms is without the need to move the fume hood away from the wall or out of the row which provides easy service or maintenance of the mechanical elements placed in the fume hood.
Worktop made of cast monolithic ceramic with integrated raised edging on all sides (uniform sintering, without using any joints). Shape of the worktop adapted to the cross-section of the working chamber (maximum use of the surface). Thickness of the worktop is 28 mm on the entire surface of the flat part and 35 mm including the raised edging. Permissible load of the worktop: 200 kg; surface of the worktop and all accessible edges of the worktop glazed.
Ceramic worktop:
- Mohs hardness scale: 6 according to EN 101
- resistant to staining according to EN ISO 10545-14
- chemical resistant according to EN ISO 10545-13
- chemically resistant according to EN ISO 10545-14
- ceramic tensile and interrupting strength according to EN 10545-4.
Water absorption according to standard 10545-3.
Fume cupboard made in accordance with EN 14175.
Warranty 24 months (can be extended).
Installation of the fume hood includes its connection to existing connections such as ventilation duct connected to a suitable fan (it is possible to optionally price and install a suitable duct fan) and to the electric power supply located near the fume hood.
