- yellow LED indicates incorrect window position ?50 cm
In the event of a power failure, all system data are stored in the controller;s EEPROM.
Programming and downloading of all system values using the SVM100 service module or PC2000 software.
Air flow control via a static differential pressure sensor with a high level of stability of 3 ... 300 pa.
The linear window position sensor ensures the correct flow depending on the position of the window. The linear sensor, calculates the required discharge air volume and adjust it as necessary. The volumetric flow is always linear with respect to the position of the sensor. The vertical window position sensor (cable potentiometer) measures the vertical position of the window with an absolute accuracy of better than 2mm (0,2%). Repeated linear measurement of the fume hood window position enables very fast, precise and stable adjustment.
Response time and conrol of blowing air volume flow ≤ 2 s (VMIN → VMAX).
Fume hood operating modes: night and dat.
Fume hood suplied with its own controller. Throttle flap with high-speed stepper motor and feedback potentiometer. The air is regulated by a damper flap. The high-speed steeper motor (90-degree travel time is 3s) is mounted directly on the damper flap axis and has a torque of 3 Nm. A feedback potentiometer transmits the measured value of the current throttle flap setting to the controller electronics, which, thanks to a special control algorithm, sets the required flow value without overshooting in a fast and direct manner.
Equipped with a Bypass system for near0turbulent airflow.
Equipped with a safety switch and a fuse cabinet located in an easily accessible location under the worktop in an easy-to-remove control drawer.
Air extraction module (made of powder-coated, acid-resistant sheet steel) providing air extraction through a system of pantented, optimised profiles. The system of extraction profiles is easily dismantled for decontamination and cleaning (this significantly increase user safety). It is a system without the double-walled back wall of the fume hood. The mounting elements of the extraction systems can form the basis of a gird system or can themselves be adapted to hold feet and other elements.
Equipped with 2 x 130V electrical sockets (if required, the number of sockets can be easily increased - optional).
Equipped with a polypropylene beaker located on the back wall of the fume hood (optionally, ceramic beaker can be installed in a place convenient for the user - by arrangement, 1 at no extra charge). BrienLab cold water spout.
Self-supporting fume hood structure - construction elements made of aluminium profiles with a wall thickness of approx. 2mm powder-coated with chemical-resistant epoxy paint.
The fume hood consists of a working section (working chamber with a system of draught columns, ceramic top with raised rim, front frame and LED lighting) and a space under the working top in which "standard" cabinets can be installed. It is optionally possible to install specialised cabinets, e.g. fireproof or for storing reagents - optionally on request, e.g. from ASECOS).
Standard cabinets are made of 18mm thick laminated board on both sides (colour: white W980 from the EGGER palette; other colours available upon agreement) with thickened structure; all edges of cabinets are finished with polypropylene PP edging (body: 1mm, fronts: 2mm). PP eding is glued with special PUR (polyurethane) glue which is not water-based, which eliminates the risk of unglueing and deformation of the edging under the influence of undesirable humidity in the laboratory. Doors in uder-counter cabinets are mounted on powder-coated tin hinges, 35mm in diameter and opening angle of 270 degrees, adjustable in three levels to ensure maxiumum adjustability and comfort. Handles in cabinets are edged (other handles may be used at the user's request). Cabinets are mounted on a beech plywood plinth in dark graphite colour.
It is possible to make polypropylene trays adapted in size to the dimensions of the cabinet with a tray on wheels for easy storage of larger tubs.
The side profiles and the tabletop profile are closed profiles, designed to allow additional flow inside the profiles to promote airflow into the working chamber.
The working chamber is mainly made of board laminated on both sides. Up to a height of approzimately 30cm, the rear wall is made of phenolic resin to facilitate cleaning of parts exposed to soiling. The air supply to the chamber is provided both through a slot above the working surface and through bypass slot, which ensures air movement over the entire surface of the tabletop while eiminating dead zones in the working chamber and also prevents air backflow. A spigot made of non-combustible PPS with a diameter of 250mm is installed in the upper part of the working chamber for connection to the building ventilation ducts.
Illumination of the working area: LED panel (IP67) of at least 25W, positioned in the upper part of the working area (above the window). The light from the lamp is directed towards the interior of the working area, uniformly illuminating the entire surface to the worktop.
The window of the fume hood in a single aluminium frame, glazed with panes of multi-layer glass (glass-foil-glass) with a thickness of 4mm. All the edgees of the panes are beveled. Sliding windows are guided on the principle of counterbalance using a system of steel cab;es on guide rolls, which allows you to control the position of the window and lock it in a fixed position. The system of guiding the window: guides, slides, structural elements, belts and gears, are hidden inside the side panels of the fume hood, and additionally made of chemically resistant materials (acid-resistant steel elements and polymers) and self-lubricating (polymers), which provides full protection against corrision. Access to the window frame guiding mechanisms is without the need to move the fume cupboard away from thje wall or out of the row which provides easy service or maintenance of the mechanical elements placed in the fume hood.
Worktop made of cast monolithic ceramic with integrated raised edging on all sides (uniform sintering, without using any joints). Shape of the worktop adapted to the cross-section of the working chamber (maximum use of the surface). Thickness of the worktop is 28mm on the entire surface of the flat part and 35mm including the raised edging. Permissible load of the worktop: 200kg. Surface of the worktop and all axxessible adges of the worktop glazed.
Ceramic countertop:
Mohs hardness scale: 6 according to EB 101
Resistant to staining according to EN ISO 10545-14
Chemical resistant according to EN ISO 10545-13
Chemically resistant according to EN ISO 10545-14
Ceramic tensile and interrupting strength according to EN 10545-4
Water absorption according to standard 10545-3
Fume hood made in accordance with EN 14175.
