Autoclaves Advance PRO LAB

Advance PRO LAB provides both vacuum (Class B) and non-vacuum (Class N) cycles, new features simplify and streamline daily sterilization. The autoclave is designed to be durable and easy to maintain.

The Advance PRO LAB has been specifically designed and developed to meet the needs of the laboratory market for sterilization of liquids and media. The laboratory autoclave has the added advantage of operating as a standard unit or steam sterilizer.

Cycle for liquid sterilization: the Advance Pro Lab has 4 pre-programmed cycles for liquids depending on sterilization requirements. In addition to the standard programs, Advance Pro Lab has 1 program that can be defined by the user. It allows you to specify the temperature and sterilization time. The average cycle time for a liquid load of 2000 ml capacity is 80 minutes*. Depending on the starting temperatures and types of containers used.

Fluid sterilization cycles:

In addition to cycles dedicated to liquids, the Advance Pro Lab can be used as a conventional autoclave for sterilizing packaged, solid and empty laboratory instruments and equipment using the 6 trays that come with all Advance Pro Lab autoclaves.

Instrument sterilization cycles:

FlexiRack® unique in the autoclave class of shelf configuration system. It is an aluminum rack consisting of 12 support rails and 6 stainless steel trays allowing up to 20 different configurations. Increased drying capacity is provided by the HTS (Heat Transfer System) which allows you to take full advantage of the high thermal conductivity of aluminum. The HeatTransfer® System heats the chamber quickly and evenly, without the need for complex electronic devices, steam injection or high-powered heating elements, and reduces load warm-up time. Advance Pro Lab is also equipped with an illuminated sterilization cycle progress bar (6 color indicators located on the door display the next steps.
