Laboratory incubators qith forced convection are devices that reach the desired temperature inside the working chamber in a much shorter time than devices with natural convection. Forced air circulation of the incubators causes the temperature distribution throughout the device to be even, even in the corners of the chamber the temperature maintained is stable. Forced-circulation laboratory incubators are particularly suitable for conditioning and incubation processes, which are sensitive to the temperature of samples and for which larger temperature fluctuations are unfavorable. The temperature distribution inside the chamber of forced convection devices is selected so as to achieve the best results in the shortest possible time. The temperature stability of such devices is very high, with some devices having a stability of better than +/- 0.1 °C. Achievable temperatures inside the incubator range from five degrees above ambient temperature to as high as 110°C, which can help decontaminate the device inside. Forced convection makes it possible to achieve precise and stable incubation conditions inside the chamber, regardless of the unit's load. Very often devices with forced convection have rounded corners inside the chamber, so that the flow is not disturbed. Also in this type of hothouse it is possible to order additional internal doors, which can be made of safety glass and will allow observation of the contents of the device without disturbing the incubation process. The warmers can have output ports, with which they can be incorporated, for example, into a laboratory LIMS system or rip the data stored in the device's memory. The devices can have extensive programming capabilities, even up to several hundred programs in several dozen steps, which allows virtually unlimited possibilities of working with the devices. CIncubators can have functions for automatic start of the device and the course of the processes in question. The capacities of forced-air incubators available from our company range from a dozen to as much as one thousand four hundred liters. Devices above one thousand liters usually have double doors or two working chambers, which can operate at independent temperatures. In our offer you will find forced convection heaters from reputable companies. The simplest devices can be purchased for as little as a few thousand zlotys, while the most advanced, largest units are an expense of even tens of thousands of zlotys. We invite you to submit inquiries to our company, our qualified customer advisors will help you choose the optimal device for your needs. We also provide services for examining the temperature distribution inside the chamber of the device, which is particularly important during clinical trials and other processes where documenting the temperature distribution is important. Our qualified service technicians train, install and service the equipment at your laboratory.
