    • Available Models

    ROC high-temperature tube furnaces meet all requirements for temperature uniformity, accuracy and process repeatability.

    The unit operates at a maximum temperature of 1400-1600°C using SiC rod heating.

    Robust SiC rod heating elements mounted parallel to the tube ensure rapid heating of the furnace.

    The heating system monitored by solid-state relays enables precise temperature measurement, is wear-free and noiseless.

    Comfortable operation of the controller is ensured by a reliable control unit located under the tube module in the furnace housing.

    • Sturdy base frame for vertical operation
    • Adjustable temperature limiter to protect furnace and load
    • Piping for water-cooled flange operation
    • Gasification systems for inert gas or vacuum operation
