Tube furnaces are used for material testing. A great advantage of these devices is the ability to work with different atmospheres such as inert gases or flammable gases. In addition, split tube furnaces have the function of accelerated cooling of the furnace and tubes by opening the hinged housing. The length of the heating zone is up to 900 mm. Single zone tube furnaces allow operation in a horizontal position. The maximum baking temperature of tube furnaces reaches up to 1300oC and high-quality insulation of heating elements ensures temperature uniformity. Thanks to plastic insulation plugs placed at the ends of the furnace, tubes of different lengths can be adapted to the device.
