The RL7 system by Renggli is a modern furniture solution for laboratories, which consists in moving the built-in to the ceiling, which allows you to significantly increase the functionality of the workspace. Freeing up the floor space gives full freedom of interior design and allows you to easily move furniture and partitions without the restrictions of fixed installations. The system is designed for maximum flexibility, ergonomics and quick adaptation of the laboratory layout to the changing needs of research work.

Hanging cabinets for storing reagents

Renggli's RL7 modules  allow for efficient use of space in the laboratory thanks to their installation above the table, which improves ergonomics and increases the amount of space available. The solutions are tailored to the requirements of research environments and enable the safe storage of reagents.

Available variants include:

  • solid fronts protecting against light,
  • glazed doors to facilitate the identification of the contents,
  • ventilated models for fume extraction,
  • explosion-proof versions for combustible materials,
  • hinged and sliding doors,
  • cargo cabinets and 450 and 600 mm racks.

The system can be adapted to the user's needs, m.in. by choosing a depth of 500 or 700 mm, which facilitates integration into existing installations and ensures safe and durable use in a laboratory environment.

Chemically resistant and sterile materials

Laboratory furniture must be resistant to harsh working conditions, so high chemical resistance and the selection of materials that do not react with aggressive substances are crucial. In sterile environments such as cleanrooms, it is also important to be easy to clean and to meet hygiene requirements.

The most important materials include:

  • AISI 316L acid-resistant steel with high durability,
  • chemically resistant polypropylene,
  • HPL laminate with high resistance and easy disinfection,
  • seamless structures to reduce the accumulation of contaminants,
  • epoxy coatings with a smooth surface for easy cleaning,
  • tempered glass to increase the safety of use.

The components are subjected to quality tests to confirm their suitability for laboratory applications. The use of stainless steel and precision finishes ensures not only durability, but above all  the maintenance of sterile conditions, which has a direct impact on the safety and reliability of test results.
