Characteristic
Available Models
The Engler distillation flask is used for fractional distillation of mixtures using the Engler method. As a result of the process, the mixture is divided into smaller portions. The flask is made of high-quality borosilicate glass compliant with ISO 3585 / PN 70 4047 and is resistant to hot water, acids and alkaline solutions. The line includes four models: three basic uncut (KDE100, KDE125, KDE150) and a 19/26 grind variant (KDE150sz) – all with a capacity of 100 to 150 ml.

Application of the distillation flask according to Engler
The Engler distillation flask is used for fractional distillation of mixtures using the Engler method – as a result of the process, the mixture is divided into smaller portions. It is made of borosilicate glass compliant with ISO 3585 / PN 70 4047, resistant to hot water, acids and alkaline solutions.
The choice of model depends on the required capacity and the need for grinding. The three base models—the KDE100 (100 ml), KDE125 (125 ml), and KDE150 (150 ml)—are uncut stocks. The fourth model, the KDE150sz, has a capacity of 150 ml and is equipped with a 19/26 cut.
Other flasks in Danlab's offer: in the category of other flasks, there is also a pear flask with cut (in the standard version and in DURAN glass), a heart flask with a cut and a flask according to Kjeldahl (in the uncut and grind versions). In the broader category of flasks, Danlab also offers Erlenmeyer flasks (conical flasks), spherical flasks and measuring flasks.
