Distillers

The laboratory distiller is designed to purify water from dissolved mineral salts and gases in it through a process of evaporation, followed by condensation of the purified water. The distiller is used in various industries, especially in health care and pharmaceutical industries and chemical laboratories. The quality of the distilled water obtained conforms to the standards of the Polish Pharmacopoeia X and meets the requirements of water used in analytical laboratories with a degree of purity of 3 according to PN-EN ISO 3696. The devices are free-standing apparatuses adapted to continuous operation. The laboratory distiller is equipped with a water flow regulator, which maintains the flow rate of feed water at such a level that at the nominal capacity of the distillate the consumption is the lowest. In laboratory distillers, all structural components in contact with water or steam are made of brass or copper and and are plated. The laboratory distiller in the first stage of operation brings water to the boiling point, then the steam, thanks to the built-in cooler, condenses and can be used in the laboratory. The cooler contains a deflegmator, which prevents un-evaporated water particles from entering the distillate, which can already be used in the laboratory. Distillers offered by our company are designed for continuous operation, the work is constantly monitored through a system of sensors connected to the control panel. The distiller, in addition to being extremely easy to use, has a number of functions useful during daily operation. The working time of the distiller can be programmed - both the time of switching on and off the device. Distillers have a visual alarm and an audible alarm, distillate temperature monitoring functions and a function to automatically stop operation in case of a drop in feed water pressure and automatically resume operation after the cause of the failure has disappeared. Thanks to the advanced controller, the user can check the operation history of the device, and if the boiler needs to be cleaned, the distiller will display such a message. The equipment we offer operates at 3x400V, which allows to maximize the time of obtaining the necessary purified water.
