The Fuego SCS Basic gas burner has three forms of burner control:
1) On button - the flame appears when the button is pressed, and turns off when the button is clicked again. It automatically shuts off after 60 minutes.
2) Foot control - the flame will appear when the foot pedal is clicked and will burn until clicked again.
3) Foot continuous control - the flame will burn as long as the foot is pressed on the pedal, and will turn off when the foot is pulled away from the pedal.
A mechanism is included to keep the burner on the countertop at an angle to the right or left.
The SCS safety control system protects the user from burns, after using the burner for a long time, by signaling a still-heated head. In addition, thanks to the SCS system, gas ignition is cut off, protecting the device from overheating, clogging the head, and also ensures that the head is installed correctly. The automatic cut-off function prevents unintentional ignition when the burner has not been used for a long time.
