Mipolam Biocontrol

Mipolam Biocontrol floors are ideal for use in laboratories and clean room type environments.

Mipolam Biocontrol floors have been tested in accordance with standards:

ISO 14644-1 specifies maximum allowable concentrations of particulate matter in the range of 0.1 μm to 5.0 μm/m3, for each class of clean room under idle and operating conditions. Therefore, it is important to be aware of these limits and to limit the impact of building materials used in cleanrooms within this range. Result: ISO 4.

ISO 14698-1 GMP requires control of biological contamination.
In this aspect, it is important to know the behavior of microorganisms in contact with surfaces (floors, walls, etc.). Result: No bacterial growth on various Mipolam Biocontrol floor coverings.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISO 14644-4, Annex E.2.1.4:
"The floor should provide appropriate electrostatic characteristics". Result: Mipolam Biocontrol floor coverings have insulating and antistatic properties.

ISO 14698-1 and GMP require control of biological contamination. In this aspect, it is important to know the potential impact of microorganisms in contact with surfaces (floors, walls, etc.). The result: Mipolam Biocontrol floor coverings are inert.

According to ISO 14644-4, Annex E.2.1.4: "floors should be resistant to chemicals they come into contact with during operation (both cleaning and disinfection products and accidental spills of process fluids)." Result: Very good resistance in the case of Mipolam Biocontrol.

According to ISO 14644-4, Annex E.2.1.4: "The floor shall have the required resistance to the specified static and dynamic loads." Result: Excellent resistance to heavy loads for Mipolam Biocontrol floor coverings.

ISO 14698-1 and GMP require control of biological contamination. In this regard, it is important to know how effectively a surface can be decontaminated. Result: GMP Class A for Mipolam Biocontrol floor coverings.
