Glass dropper with ground pipette
The glass dropper with ground pipette is a dropper bottle made of white sodium-calcium glass of hydrolytic class III, with a flat stopper with a cut, compliant with ISO 9001 (24091). Glass of this class, called soft glass, has medium hydrolytic resistance and is not recommended for long-term storage of aqueous solutions, especially water-alkali. However, it is perfect for analytical applications. The dropper is available in two capacities: 50 and 100 ml.

Use of a glass dropper with a ground pipette
A glass dropper with a ground pipette is suitable for analytical work where drop-by-drop dispensing of reagents is required. A ground pipette and a flat ground stopper allow for precise liquid withdrawal and delivery and reduce evaporation between uses. Hydrolytic Class III sodium-calcium glass is suitable for current analytical work, but due to its medium hydrolytic resistance, it is not recommended for long-term storage of aqueous and water-alkaline solutions. A smaller capacity of 50 ml makes it easier to work with reagents used in small quantities, and 100 ml increases the liquid supply at the station.
Other droppers and burettes in Danlab's offer: glass dropper with ground pipette (orange version), LDPE dropper with GL thread, Schilling burettes (class B, PE/PMP, automatic class AS) and straight burettes.
