The X1740 homogenizer drive motor is specially designed for heavy-duty applications in laboratories and pilot plants. It can be combined with the DK40 flow cell and used as an in-line homogenizer. Compatible with T30 / G30 / T40 / G40 and DK40 grinding tips.
T = shredding tip with PTFE bearing. This type of tip is used for standard applications. (For liquid media such as water, oil, etc.). Dry operation is not allowed.
G = grinding tip with slip ring. This type of tip is ideal for applications with aggressive or abrasive media and when pressure is applied.
For shredding tips, in addition to the type of tip, you still need to choose a version of the tip.
Here are the possible versions:
V - for medium viscosity media
N - for high viscosity media
F - for fine grinding
M - with an additional knife for shredding e.g. tissues
