Containers for sterilising dental instruments

Dental instrument sterilization containers are airtight, waterproof, and filtered containers used to sterilize dental implants, surgical instruments, and equipment. They consist of two main parts: a container and a lid. The main bodies of the containers and lids are pressed from 1050 quality aluminum as a single component – no welding is used during production. The surface is decorative anodized, which increases the strength of the box and lid. The containers are available in four sizes (310×190 mm in heights of 50, 65, 100 and 130 mm), each with or without perforation and in six lid colours.

Application of containers for sterilization of dental instruments

Dental series containers are used for sterilization of dental implants, surgical instruments and equipment. The airtight, waterproof, and filtered design provides a barrier to air and water, while a silicone gasket on the inside edge of the lid closes the container. The body and lid are stamped with 1050 aluminum as a single component without welding, and the surface is decorative anodized to increase strength.

The choice of model depends on two criteria: the required height of the container and the preference for perforation and color of the lid. All four models have an identical base of 310×190 mm and differ only in height – 50 mm (the shallowest container, for single instruments or implants), 65 mm, 100 mm and 130 mm (the deepest, for larger sets). Each model is available with or without perforation and in six lid colours (silver, yellow, red, blue, green, black) – allowing you to colour-code containers within your office or divide them by tool type.

Accessories such as silicone mats, wire baskets, paper filters, PTFE filters and labels can be used with the container. Additionally, there are compartments on each side of the box for attaching labels and lock parts through which plastic disposable security locks can be passed.
