Available Models
The Meker-Fisher torch is a laboratory gas torch that is a variation of the Bunsen torch, differing in the wider end of the nozzle tip ending in a flame-breaking mesh. This design allows for a higher temperature (up to 1300°C) and a larger heating surface. The burner has air regulation, a head with a diameter of 32 mm, a height of 200 mm and is powered by propane or natural gas. It is available in four variants, differing in the type of gas (propane or natural gas) and the presence of a valve.

Application of the Meker-Fisher torch
The Meker-Fisher torch is a variation of the Bunsen torch equipped with a flame-breaking mesh, located at the wide-ended tip of the nozzle. The mesh breaks the flame, thanks to which the burner achieves a higher temperature (up to 1300°C) and a larger heating surface than a classic Bunsen burner. The torch is most commonly used to roast samples for weight analysis.
The choice of burner variant depends on the available fuel and the requirements for gas flow control. The M1P and M2P models are powered by propane, and the M1Z and M2Z models are powered by natural gas. The M1 models (M1P, M1Z) are equipped with a valve, while the M2 models (M2P, M2Z) are available without a valve.
Other burners in Danlab's offer: in the basic gas burners category, there are also Bunsen, Teclu, Jumbo burners, with a safety valve and spirit burners (steel and glass).
