This Binder FDL Series of drying chambers is designed for safe drying with small amounts of solvent.
The drying chambers are characterized by ease of use, functionality and customizable settings, making them versatile.
It has a dust-proof interior devoid of silicone and symmetrical air circulation, thanks to which the conditions for drying materials with flammable solvents are optimal and, above all, comply with the applicable standards.
High temperature precision and high frequency of air changes ensure short drying time of samples.
High quality of fresh air in the chamber is guaranteed by easily replaceable cartridges, thanks to which the work is carried out safely.
Thanks to 60 mm thick insulation, the units emit only a small amount of heat, and are equipped with a sample temperature indicator with a temperature sensor.
Safe drying chambers are ideal for drying lacquers and coated materials containing solvent.
Regardless of the number or size of samples inside the device, absolute temperature accuracy and uniform temperature distribution are maintained thanks to dust-free and silicone-free technology.
The temperature range is from 5°C to 350°C and is consistent even when the drying chamber's air exchange is high, providing an excellent basis for precise results and reproducible tests.
Thanks to innovative technologies of electronic monitoring and easily replaceable fresh air cartridges, maximum operational safety is maintained .
Due to the fresh air monitoring with automatic shutdown, the units meet all the requirements of EN 1539, and also comply with protection class IP 33.
Safety is further ensured by the thick housing door with 2-point lock.
