Cleanroom Vacuum Cleaner CC1000D

The vacuum in the device is generated by a single motor with direct cooling through the use of air directed to the motor windings by means of a blower. The motor head is made of AISI304 stainless steel and is filled with a special sound-absorbing material. It has a design that directs the blast of exhaust air towards the H14 absolute filter, so that dust and current clean room pollutants are not stirred up. On the head of the vacuum cleaner there is an on-off switch and also a vacuum indicator.

The polyester primary filter is located in a filter chamber made of AISI 316 stainless steel and has a special filtration area of 2000 cm2 and high efficiency (class M, 1 micron). Two H14/HEPA filters located upstream and downstream of the motor guarantee the purity of the exhaust air. The inlet opening is made of AISI 316 stainless steel with a diameter of ø38mm and is located under the primary filter to reduce the risk of clogging.

The collected material is stored in a 5-liter polished AISI 316 stainless steel container, which is placed on casters for simple and safe waste disposal, including directly into bags. The waste collection tank is placed on a sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel frame. Except for the motor head, all stainless steel components are sterilized in an autoclave (up to 120°C).
