The Kiejdahl DNP series nitrogen determination instruments are used for the analysis of protein nitrogen in organic substances such as food products, fertilizers, seeds, beer, meat, sauces, water or petroleum. The device uses a microprocessor-based system control with an LCD screen. The system uses 20 programs, which are free to the user. In addition, two fixed programs are designed: ammonium sulfate test and system preheating. Pump calibration occurs through the end user. To ensure maximum operational safety, the unit is equipped with closed door detection, a fermentation tube detection system, and an over-temperature thermostat.
