Sterilisation containers Basic series
Sterilisation containers, used for sterilisation, but also for storing and transporting implants, surgical instruments, surgical equipment and textiles. They consist of two parts: a container and a lid.
The main body of the containers and the lid are extruded from aluminium of quality 1050 as a single component. No welding is used in the production of the container and lid. Decorative anodising is carried out to increase the resistance of the box and lid surfaces to external agents.
The lids are available in a variety of colours, there are air vents on the surface and a silicone gasket provides a seal against air and water on the inside edge. A lockable stainless steel/aluminium/plastic handle, with a gasket around it, holds the filters centrally positioned on the inside of the lid to ensure that air that passes through the lid openings into the container is filtered. The container has spring locks on both sides. Models without lid openings are also available.
The container has compartments for attaching labels, carrying handles and locking elements through which a disposable security lock can be passed. Silicone mats, wire baskets, paper filters, Teflon filters and labels can be purchased as accessories for the containers.
The containers are manufactured in a variety of types and sizes that have been created to suit the needs of users.
