Mini sterilisation containers
Mini sterilisation containers, used for the sterilisation, storage and transport of implants, surgical instruments, surgical equipment and textiles. They consist of two main parts: the container and the lid.
The main bodies of the containers and lids are extruded from aluminium quality 1050 as a single piece. no welding is used during their manufacture. Decorative anodising is carried out to increase the strength of the box and the surface of the lid against external agents.
The lids are available in a variety of colours, with ventilation holes on the surface. A silicone gasket provides a seal against air and water on the inner edge. A lockable stainless steel/aluminium/plastic filter holder with a gasket around it holds the filters centrally positioned on the inside of the lid for air filtration.
The container has spring-loaded locks on the sides, with compartments on both sides to hold labels and parts of the lock, through which a plastic disposable safety lock can be passed.
Accessories such as silicone mats, wire baskets, paper filters, PTFE filters and labels can be used with the containers.
The containers are manufactured in a variety of types and sizes, designed to meet customer needs.
