Sterilisation container flat
Flat, airtight, watertight and filtered sterilisation container used for sterilising equipment. The main bodies of the containers and lids are extruded from aluminium quality 1050 as a single piece. No welding is used during production.
Decorative anodising is done to increase the strength of the box and to coat the surface against external agents. The lids are available in various colours.
There are ventilation holes on the surface of the lid and a silicone gasket provides a seal against air and water on the inner edge. A lockable stainless steel/aluminium/plastic filter holder, with a gasket around it, holds the filters centrally positioned on the inside of the lid for air filtration. The container has spring-loaded locks, with compartments on both sides of the box to hold labels and lock parts, through which a plastic, disposable security lock can be passed.
The container can be used in conjunction with accessories such as silicone mats, wire baskets, paper filters, PTFE filters and labels.
The containers are manufactured in a variety of types and sizes, which are pre-designed according to user needs..
