Sterilisation containers Dental series
Dental sterilisation containers that are airtight, watertight and filtered. They are used to sterilise dental implants, surgical instruments and equipment. They consist of two main parts: a container and a lid.
The main bodies of the containers and lids are extruded from aluminium quality 1050 as a single piece, no welding is used during their manufacture. Decorative anodising is carried out to increase the strength of the box and the surface of the lid against external influences.
The lids are available in a variety of colours and have ventilation holes on the surface. A silicone gasket provides a seal against air and water on the inner edge, a lockable stainless steel/aluminium/plastic filter holder with a gasket around it keeps the filters centrally positioned on the inside of the lid.
The container has spring-loaded locks on the sides, with compartments on each side of the box to hold labels and parts of the lock through which plastic disposable safety locks can be passed.
Accessories such as silicone mats, wire baskets, paper filters, PTFE filters and labels can be used with the container.
The containers are manufactured in a variety of types and sizes, which are pre-designed according to user needs.
Bins with and without openings are available.
