The digital I / O module is a digital interface for VACUU - BUS® compatible pressure gauges and vacuum controllers. There is a galvanically isolated input gate and a potential-free solid state relay for output switching. By default, the digital I / O module is configured as a bi-directional fault signaling module to communicate abnormalities in the vacuum system to the process control system or in the event of an external fault to interrupt the process. When configured as a Start / Stop module, the process can be started and stopped from the PLC. In addition, the digital I / O module can be configured to control valves incompatible with VACUU - BUS®. In combination with a vacuum pressure gauge, DCP 3000 setpoints can be defined to control, for example, high-pressure pumping units, etc.
Analog I / O module is an analog interface for VACUU - BUS® compatible vacuum pressure gauges and controllers. The input and output signal is compatible with the industry standard 0-10 V. In the default configuration of the module, the actual vacuum value is indicated as a 0-10 V output. Therefore, the CVC 3000 controller and DCP 3000 gauge can be easily connected to the plotter and used for GMP documentation. Other module configurations allow vacuum level and motor speed input and output as 0-10 V signals.
The Peltronic® condenser performs solvent vapor condensation without an external cooling medium such as water or dry ice. It operates electronically and uses Peltier elements as the cooling system. All parts in contact with the vapor are highly chemically resistant. The condenser is specifically designed to be added to existing pumping units and allows for the replacement of typical condensers operating with external refrigerant. The condenser is ideal for applications where cooling water is not available. It is often used to reduce the use of cooling water for environmental reasons or to avoid the risk of flooding due to water leaks in the laboratory. It is often required for vacuum networks built into laboratory furniture. If the Peltronic® is connected to a CVC 3000 vacuum controller, it is automatically switched on/off.
The RK500 liquid level sensor is designed to be mounted on the neck of a 500 ml VACUUBRAND flask and works with the CVC 3000 controller. It monitors the liquid level of condensers and inlet separators. The process stops and an alarm sounds if the traps are close to overflowing. The sensor detects all common solvents without any direct contact with the solvents.
The EK1000 liquid level sensor is designed to be mounted on the neck of a 500 ml VACUUBRAND flask and works with a CVC 3000 or VNC2 controller. It monitors the liquid level of condensers and inlet separators. The process stops and an alarm sounds if the traps are close to overflowing. The sensor detects all common solvents without any direct contact with the solvents.
The VMS-B module is a vacuum management system switches the vacuum pump according to the actual demand from one or two applications. It is operated by one or two CVC 3000 vacuum controllers. If two CVC 3000s are connected to the VMS-B, the system switches off the pump only when both applications no longer need vacuum supply.
