EVERmed BLCRF

Construction: made of steel sheet with an antibacterial epoxy coating in white on the outside and stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 inside. The device is divided into two chambers: a cooling one, located higher, and a freezing one, which is lower. All internal corners are rounded to facilitate cleaning.

Feet/wheels: feet with the possibility of adjusting the height, mounted at the front of the fridge, and wheels mounted at the back, to allow the device to be moved.

Insulated doors: on a hinge, one above the other, made of the same insulating material as the rest of the construction (steel sheet covered with epoxy resin in white on the outside and non-toxic plastic inside). The doors are equipped with a removable magnetic rubber seal to ensure perfect hermetic closure of the doors and the possibility of reversing to change the door suspension.

Internal equipment:

• fridge: wire storage shelf made of steel sheet with a durable plastic coating made of stainless material. The shelves are easy to dismantle, there is a possibility of adjusting their height, without using any tool, as the chamber has several slots into which the shelf can be inserted.

• freezer: 3 storage baskets, equipped with a front part made of plastic, containing a handle, which acts as an internal flap, closing the space between the baskets, to avoid loss of cold air when opening the external doors. The baskets are supported by shelves made of tempered glass.

Cooling unit: mounted on top of the construction, with a condensing unit supplemented by hermetic compressors and a condenser with ribbing, cooled by air through a fan. At the back of the storage chamber, an evaporator is mounted with copper pipes made of stainless steel, which protects against piercing the cover, under which the fan is located. The chambers have separate cooling, so that the internal temperature is not the same in the chambers. All installed components are industrial class, to ensure maximum reliability.

Defrosting: fridge: completely automatic. Condensation water is automatically directed to a heated tray, in order to automatically evaporate the condensed water; freezer: manual

Cooling: fridge cooling: by air introduced by a fan, ensuring a uniform temperature inside the chamber; freezer cooling: static. Thanks to evaporators mounted on three sides of the storage chamber at full height, uniformity and stability of the internal temperature are ensured.
