Portable laboratory fridge-freezers are a combination of the advantages of fridges and freezers in one device, and additionally provide the possibility of transportation. They most often have ergonomic handles, which make them comfortable to carry. The closure is located at the top, the insulated cover is mounted using hinges, it also contains a lever blocking unauthorized opening. Between the fridge-freezer and the cover, there is a peripheral seal, which ensures effective sealing of the interior. The interior of the device has rounded corners, which significantly facilitate the cleaning and defrosting process. Some models are also equipped with a control panel, located at the top. It allows you to turn the device on and off, informs the user about the temperature value, has a built-in alarm (both acoustic and visual). With its help, it is possible to control all functions of the device: maintaining the set temperature, defrosting, operation of the compressor and fans, etc. It may also contain a light indicating improper operation of the device.
