EVERmed CL cooling incubator
- Construction: made of sheet steel with antimicrobial epoxy coating in white outside and 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel inside. All inner corners are rounded for easy cleaning, and the inner bottom is equipped with a tray to prevent leaks.
- Insulation: high-density polyurethane foam (40 Kg/m³), 40 mm thick. CFC-free
- Feet: adjustable in height/ Wheels: 4, made of plastic (models 270 PRO, 370 PRO)
- Insulated door: hinged, made of the same insulating material as the rest of the structure (steel sheet with antimicrobial epoxy coating in white or stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 always inside and outside). The door is equipped with a rubber magnetic seal to ensure a perfect hermetic seal. The handle is made of aluminum, integrated into the door's full-height profile for greater user comfort. The door is also equipped with an automatic device that closes the refrigerator if the door is opened at an angle of less than 90 °, and a nozzle that stops internal ventilation (to reduce internal temperature loss)
- Interior fittings: wire storage shelves made of sheet steel with a durable plastic coating of stainless steel material. The shelf is mounted on stainless steel anti-tilt guides, which allow the shelf to be easily removed and adjusted in height without tools. The internal shelving system allows a great deal of flexibility in the internal setting with the ability to change and combine shelves and drawers (optional drawers available)

- Interior lighting: led lights mounted on the side wall, with automatic activation whenever the door is opened. Provides energy savings and prevents internal heating compared to traditional neon lights
- The "PRO PID" control panel: located in the upper part of the structure, is a microprocessor with LCD display, which can be controlled by soft buttons, allowing control of all functions and operating status of the incubator (including alarms). The control panel is battery-powered to ensure that alarms work even in the event of a power failure. The main functions of the control panel are:
- Large LCD display, backlit in white, with black lettering, indicating the operating status of the device (alarms, actual temperature, etc.).
- Digital temperature control and display with an accuracy of 0.1 ° C
- Keypad block with password to prevent unauthorized people from changing settings
- Backup battery with automatic charging, providing up to 48 hours of panel operation in case of power failure
- Visual and audible alarm for high or low temperature with programmable limits
- Visual and audiable alarm when the door is ajar, activating after 3 minutes to enable standard operations
- Visual and audiable alarm in case of power failure
- Visual and audiable alarm on discharged battery
- Visual and audiable alarm when the condenser is dirty
- Ability to silence audible alarms, with continuous flashing of alarm status indication on the display until the alarm situation is prevented
- Alarm memory for the last 30 alarms, with the ability to see on their display when the alarm was triggered, when it ended, and which will reach the highest or lowest temperature peak (if applicable)

- Cooling unit: mounted on top of the structure, with a condensing unit completed by hermetic compressors and a finned condenser, cooled by air through a fan. An evaporator with stainless steel copper tubes is mounted at the rear of the storage compartment, which protects the cover under which the fan is located from being punctured. All installed components are industrial grade to ensure maximum reliability
